My name's Michal. I'm self-educated person in drawing. I haven't attended any drawing course yet. I drew sketches during the studies at university. And than 6 years nothing.
I started to draw more profesionally in november 2009. I'm grateful to one beautiful girl to had found maybe sleeping "talent" in me. Her name's Veronika. She saw my works and eventhough my portraits had not been so well before, she wanted to draw her. The portrait looked not so good, but she was very happy and enjoyed the portrait. This reaction PUSH ME far. Next portrait was Bill Cosby. And I was pleased to this work very much. And than Huge Laurie. And so on.
Nowadays a lot of people see my portraits and are surprised by me. They imediately want a portrait. But I don't have so much time to draw.
I work as a production planner in a korean company. And there as it's typical for east companies, they do not know what does the word OVERTIME mean. Normal day usually takes atleast 11 hours. But it's impossible for me to stay so long at work every day, because I live in a house in a village and there's still what to do.
Therefore I don't have to much time to improve my drawing skills. Only two or three hours per day and four or max. five times per week.
